| For more than 100 years, the Jewish Social Service Agency (JSSA) has been offering a wide range of family services including top-quality counseling and therapy services, in-home hospice care, older adult services, special needs services, career and employment services, adoption services and much more. Service to the entire community, regardless of religious background or ability to pay, is JSSA's mission. JSSA upholds the tradition of tzedakah -- charity, justice and responsibility to care for one's neighbor -- and honors the commitment to the concept of tikun olam -- to heal and repair the world. JSSA's staff, recognized for their professional and compassionate care, provide counseling, therapy and support services to families and individuals of all ages from offices in Rockville, Gaithersburg, Fairfax, Bethesda, and Silver Spring.
