| Capital Area United Way (CAUW), Louisiana is a volunteer-based network of people who provide community services to those in need. CAUW is currently funding 54 health and human service agencies and 41 strategic grant programs in the 10-parish Capital Area. The organization has been making a difference in the Baton Rouge community since 1925. CAUW's mission is to increase the organized capacity of people in the Capital Area to care for one another by uniting individuals and organizations to identify and address community needs.
